Annual General Meeting
BCPSEA holds its Annual General Meeting in June of each year. Activities at the Annual General Meeting include a report of the audited financial statements from the previous fiscal year, report of the auditor, if any, and appointment of the auditor, if required.
An Additional General Meeting is held in February of each year where activities include, reports from the Board and CEO, election of Directors, debate of resolutions submitted by member boards, presentation of the association budget for the prospective fiscal year, and information sessions on current and emergent issues. During years when collective bargaining is scheduled to commence, discussions will be held to discuss bargaining objectives.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the BC Public School Employers’ Association (BCPSEA) will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. PT on Monday, June 15, 2026. The AGM will be held online via Microsoft Teams.
All BCPSEA Trustee Representatives are required to attend and the deadline to register is June 8, 2026. All registrations will be verified and approved, after which the meeting link will be emailed to registered participants.
