Provincial Collective Agreement

The Provincial Collective Agreement is comprised of provincially negotiated language, as well as 60 individual local school district collective agreements.

The Provincial Collective Agreement includes Letter of Understanding No. 1 Re: Designation of Provincial and Local Matters, which sets out the matters that are Provincial Matters and the matters that are Local Matters (in other words, items that are negotiated provincially and items that are negotiated at the local school district level). It is included in the attachment above.
