Annual General Meeting

BCPSEA holds its Annual General Meeting in June of each year. Activities at the Annual General Meeting include a report of the audited financial statements from the previous fiscal year, report of the auditor, if any, and appointment of the auditor, if required.

An Additional General Meeting is held in February of each year where activities include, reports from the Board and CEO, election of Directors, debate of resolutions submitted by member boards, presentation of the association budget for the prospective fiscal year, and information sessions on current and emergent issues. During years when collective bargaining is scheduled to commence, discussions will be held to discuss bargaining objectives.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the BC Public School Employers’ Association will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 15, 2026. The AGM will be online via Teams. Registration information, agenda and other details will be shared in mid-May with the AGM First Notice.
