A Comprehensive Approach to the Selection Process
Making a good hiring decision is important work! Developing your selection criteria, behaviour-based interview questions, and reference check questions are key to getting it right. This interactive session will take you through the process of how to establish selection criteria to inform your interview and reference questions. We will also address what you need in order to defend your hiring decision should you get challenged.
