Teacher Collective Bargaining
The Provincial Collective Agreement between BCPSEA and the BCTF expired on June 30, 2025. Bargaining for a renewed Provincial Collective Agreement for teachers began in March 2025.
Teacher Collective Agreement
The current Provincial Collective Agreement between BCPSEA and the BCTF has a term of July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2025.
Support Staff Collective Bargaining
All current support staff collective agreements expired June 30, 2025. For the 2025 bargaining round, local support staff bargaining began in March 2025 and the Provincial Framework Agreement bargaining began in April 2025.

All 69 support staff collective agreements have terms of July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2025.

BCPSEA 2026 Annual General Meeting
The 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the BC Public School Employers’ Association is scheduled for Thursday, January 29, 2026. The 2026 AGM will be held virtually with specialized assistance from Data on the Spot/Simply Voting.
The AGM will address governance and procedural issues regarding proposed resolutions and elections to the Board of Directors (staggered cycle by region), as well as emergent labour relations and human resources issues in the K-12 public Education sector. The deadline for submitting special and ordinary resolutions, and pre-nominations for elections to the Board of Directors is December 1, 2025.
